COMPENSATION PLAN

1. Performance Bonus

Your account has a maximum of 3 legs and minimum of 2 NOTE: 1 account only no need for multiple account.

If account is
A. Platinum 12% in total pv maximum $22,500 per week per leg
B. Gold 10% in total pv maximum $7,500 per week per leg
C. Silver 8% in total pv maximum $1,500 per week per leg
D. Qsilver 8% in total pv maximum $750 per week per leg

Minimum of 2 legs to get performance bonus
Maximum of 3 only

(in ROB 4th way to earn at least 1 leg)

Example.

Total PV this week in A is 100,000 PV, in B is 150,000PV, C is 100,000PV
B is the qualifying Leg and A, C is the bonus Leg. (highest pv is QL, two low pv = bonus)

Platinum gets $12,000 x2 bec of A&B
Gold gets $7500 only bec of max, <should have been $10,000> x2 bec of A&B
Silver gets $1,500 only bec of max, <should have been $8,000> x2 bec of A&B

Q.Silver gets $750 only bec of max, <should have been $8,000> x2 bec of A&B

2.Development Bonus

10% in every PV direct or indirect (spillover) up to infinity! smile emoticon

3.Leadership Bonus

In every 1st Generation (Direct) you get 10% in performance bonus
